I signed up for the beta — what happens next?
Beta access is typically granted in waves. If you’re selected, you’ll receive instructions via email and/or announcements in Discord.
If you haven’t already, join Discord so you don’t miss schedule updates.
Where do I report a bug?
The fastest route is Discord (bug report channels). For account or security issues, email
support@gameofplanets.com.
What info should I include in a bug report?
Please include: what you expected to happen, what actually happened, steps to reproduce (if possible),
screenshots/video, your browser/OS (or client info), and which server/galaxy you were on.

Troubleshooting checklist
Before you send a report, these steps fix a surprising number of issues.
Refresh / relog
Reload the page / client and try again.
- Log out and log back in
- Try another browser if possible
Clear cache
Old cached assets can cause UI oddities.
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5)
- Clear site data if needed

During playtests, hotfixes happen.
